From Chicago PD Confirms They Did Obtain Phone Records That Sprint Tells Us Today Are Not Available., 2008/06/30 at 6:02 PM





I am writing this post to bring to the public some interesting information and a complete contradiction as well.

I was notified today by an individual working with me to obtain my phone records from Sprint/Nextel/Boost, that Sprint stated those records do not exist because it was a prepaid cell phone account.

After being told this, which I knew to not be true, I decided to call Detective Robert MCVickers, of the Chicago Police Department to inquire as to whether he had been able to obtain the phone records from Sprint? Det asked me if Sprint was my carrier and I said yes. I informed the Detective I was asking because Sprint had notified me today that they could not provide those records.



Per The Chicago Police Detective, “I did receive the records that I requested.” Detective McVickers went on to say, “As I told you I would, I obtained a Grand Jury Subpoena for the records and I did receive the records that I requested from Sprint.”

I am writing this article to inform you all, that their are 10,000+ reason’s why this is over.

FIRST
I met with the Attorney in Delaware this afternoon and he has asked for a retainer of $10,000 which I do not have, and I am not going to stress over this between now and next Thursday.

SECOND
I have gone to the Clerk of the Court in Delaware and I have obtained copies of what little there actually is in the file.

1. The Indictment was ordered and the warrant issued by The Attorney Generals Office of the State of Delaware, not the New Castle County DA as would be the normal process.

2. The Indictment is dated February 4, 2008 and the Rule 9 Warrant ordered and issued by the Delaware State Attorney Generals Office signed by Susan S Dwyer.

3. The Court file states that on February 6, 2008 a Summons was mailed to me for Arraignment on Feb 15, 2008 (a copy of this summons from the court file shows that this did not in fact was not mailed as they did not include any address)

4. On February 11, 2008 the court file shows “SUMMONS SENT BY MAIL RETURNED. INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FORWARD

5. February 15, 2008 “ARRIGNMENT CALENDAR: RULE 9 WARRANT OUTSTANDING. DEFENDANT DID NOT APPEAR.

I know for a fact that the charge stated in the above is not true, but I do not have nor am I going to ask anyone for the funds to retain this attorney. I will appear at the hearing set for July 3, 2008 and I will return to my home in Duluth as best I can and let the process take its due course. For the first time in my life, short a miracle from happening, it looks as if I will indeed engage in my first jury trial. As I have stated before, if I did it, I have admitted it, but this I did not do and I am not going to be harassed, intimidated, or scared into admitting to something I did not do.

It should also be noted that the letters from Social Security terminating my benefits was sent by James F Martin, Regional Commissioner, Chicago Region

So to all of you who believe that the truth is what is important here, you need to go forward and tell the truth. I cannot financially fight this battle and I am not going to be forced into homelessness and/or an earlier death for lack of medical access over this. I have tried to do what was right and I have been beaten up, slandered, attacked, threatened, and more and the powers to be now want to try to put me in the street.

I have been arrested and jailed under outright fraudulent warrants in DC, that came from the US Attorney’s office in DC, I was denied medical treatment and access to medication by a United States Federal Court Judge in DC on a warrant that she knew was non existent, all in the name of protecting a fraud of a presidential candidate.

On June 16 and 17, 2008 two letters from the Social Security Administration were mailed to my Duluth home stating that my disability and medical benefits had been terminated for the following reasons:

What is so telling about this is the following:



1. I am not now nor have I ever been on probation or parole from the State of Delaware.



2. I have not ever been charged with, tried nor convicted of any crime in the state of Delaware



3. The information contained in this letter does not match the case number indicated on the court documents dated June 23, 2008 from the “alleged” warrant used to arrest me by DC Metro Police on June 18, 2008.



I am not on any probation or any parole from any State or Jurisdiction of any kind nor have I been since my Colorado Parole was discharged on May 5, 2000.



It is just amazing how I am being targeted with non-stop manufactured warrants and charges which only surfaced after I began making public my claims against Barack Obama.



Even more interesting is Social Securities letter being dated the exact same dates that the DC Metro Police and the National Press Club security director begin organizing their plan to take me into custody on a non-existant “Fugitive from Justice” warrant.

What Really Happened At The National Press Club

First allow me to explain that on Monday, June 16, 2008 I was contacted by Special Agent Brenda Born of the DC FBI informing me that the FBI had identified and located the individual who threatened to kill me, my lawyer and my mother at the NPC. Agent Born confirmed the individual was a resident of the DC area and was an adult. What was shocking to me is that Agent Born informed me that the US Attorney in DC had decided not to file charges against this individual and that the identity of the person could not b provided to me or my attorney without the approval of the US Attorney.

As for my arrest at the NPC on Wednesday June 18, 2008 after the conclusion of the PC, I see that no one has bothered to print the truth so allow me. First, the PC was in fact packed with PRESS contrary to the bloggers who want others to believe otherwise. Shortly before 1:00 PM a line had formed causing the NPC to ask us to begin sign in because the lobby was filling up.

At the conclusion of the PC, NPC Security head had brought three (3) plain clothed DC Police Detectives into the room and introduced them to me. All three identified themselves as DC Police detectives and that they had a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant from Delaware. These detectives did not escort me out in hand cuffs as reported by others. All three were very professional, polite and respectful. When asked for a copy of the warrant, they stated they had it in the car.

On Thursday June 19, 2008 I appeared before Judge Melendez in the DC Superior Court. I asked that the court release me and allow me to immediately report to Delaware authorities which the US Attorney and the Judge refused to do. Further, even though the Judge and the US Attorney was informed of my being denied access to my medication and medical treatment, the US Attorney demanded a bail of $75,000.00 which was completely inappropriate considering that Delaware did not have a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant against me, and the Judge and US Attorney both KNEW this was in fact the case.

I was ordered held for Delaware which I waived extradition, and I was held in the DC Jail [from 6-19-08 until approximately 10:30am Monday June 23, 2008] and deny access to phone, medication, and medical treatment. When picked up on Monday June 23, 2008 by Delaware officials, I asked why there would be a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant for my arrest. I was informed that there was no such warrant issued by Delaware, but that in fact DC had made that charge against me in order for them to arrest me on the “Rule 9″ warrant that was pending from a Delaware “SEALED” Grand Jury warrant. I was told that what DC should have done was advise me to report to Delaware. This rule 9 warrant was explained to me as being nothing that anyone could call me a “Fugitive from Justice” on because I had never been served the notice, taken into custody or formally charged on as yet.

Upon my return to Delaware, I appeared before a Superior Court Judge at 2:30 pm at which time I was released on PR bond and released. I will say that the charge is questionable at best and after speaking with my Attorney I will allow him/her decide what can and cannot be posted here.

So to all those reporting I was taken out in hand cuffs, I assure you I walked out with no cuffs, carrying my bags from the NPC. I also feel it important to state that the NPC staff conducted themselves with nothing short of kindness and professionalism from the moment I arrive to the moment I left.

Yes there are some questions for the US Attorney’s Office in the FBI investigation of the death threats, the arrest on the Delaware matter and the denying of phone access, medication and medical treatment while being held in custody in DC. Just as there are some questions as to Judge Melendez’ refusal to allow me to report to Delaware and her holding me over on a DC produced warrant that did not reflect the Delaware issue appropriately, and her failure to order my being provided my prescribed medications and phone access even to my attorney. There are some questions for the US Marshall’s Office and the way I was treated when I repeatedly requested access to my medication and/or medical treatment.

I have it on authority that they tried to arrest Sinclair before
the news conference began.

Did the DC police fabricate a warrant in order to arrest Sinclair?
First Axelrod and the Obama Campaign attack and try to discredit
Sinclair.

Next multiple death threats were made.

Then Jane Hamsher, on her website, encouraged Obama supporters
to sign a petition to try to prevent Sinclair from speaking at
his news conference.

Then Sinclair is arrested before he can answer more questions.

Is this the kind of change you want? This is the kind of change
the German people got with the Adolf Hitler and the Nazis.

I intend to get to the bottom of this chicanery.

I have been following this story since early February. I was unsure if this was just a rumor or smear as the Obama lovers claim or if this was a news worthy event. The MSM has decided Larry Sinclair is not credible based on an article post at Politico as stated by Fox News Reporter Greta on gretawire.com. We have seen this pattern repeatedly during the Primary race between H. Clinton and Obama. If it concerned Clinton it was taken to task but Obama was and still is being given a free pass. In conclusion this behavior makes me question maybe Obama did have a Sinclair encounter and the Obama camp wants to cover it up and call it smear propaganda. who I am told from reliable sources has ties to Axelrod, promoted
a petition on her website to block Larry from speaking at the NPC.
Jane Hamsher, by the way, makes money off of her website.

7. Larry Sinclair was arrested at the end of the news conference.
Here are some interesting facts associated with the arrest:

Larry Sinclair addressed the outstanding warrants in CO and FL
several months ago.

I have information from two reliable sources that Sinclair’s
record was thoroughly checked in January 2008 and there were no
other outstanding warrants.

The arrest warrant was from Delaware, not Colorado.

Internet sites known for lies and smears reported they were
responsible for the arrest and that the warrant was from Colorado.

Sylvia Smith of the NPC was seen talking on the phone as Sinclair
was escorted out of the building. I am not accusing Sylvia Smith,
the President of the NPC, of anything. However, it does smell a little.
This is what I believe she said:
“they are bringing him down now”.

The arrest warrant is from Delaware. The Attorney General of
Delaware is Joe Biden’s son. Joe Biden has been mentioned as a
front runner for Vice President.

Questions:

What has happened to Larry Sinclair’s right of Habeas Corpus?

Why has Obama not provided records after repeated efforts by

I feel that it is my duty to report what other citizens are saying about Obama. In observing Larry Sinclair the nemesis of Barack Obama concerning drug and penis use in the back of a limo, one can listen to a laid back Sinclair tell his tale like one discusses the latest fashion trends.
For the Obamaniacs, Sinclair sounds like a dufe and a liar which they dismiss in their infatuation over Barack Obama. For those who really listen to Larry Sinclair though, he has allot more going on with him in intelligence and planning than his Minnesota smile reveals.

I sincerely believe that when Larry Sinclair was arrested after his National Press Club appearance that he honestly had calculated this would occur. He knew that the Obamaniacs were going crazy. He knew that Obama had shut him down in spending a fortune. He knew that Obama's people were ticked at being reigned in the last time Mr. Sinclair waded through the muck of Democratic politics and he knew he had outstanding warrants which would lead to his arrest.

Now ask yourself, if you are Larry Sinclair and there is no legal way you can get your hands on Barack Obama's phone records which Obama is hiding in connection with murdered Don Young and the vanishing limo driver who brought Sinclair and Obama together, what is one of the easiest ways to gain access to that information than a court order?

What court order could this be? Well, Larry Sinclair knows that 3 Obama operatives are online bragging they got Mr. Sinclair arrested. They phoned the DC police and literally stalked Mr. Sinclair and provided a visual identification that Mr. Sinclair just "happened" to put on his blog before the press club meeting.
Next, instead of the DC police, the Feds swooped in and took custody of Mr. Sinclair......all an apparent violation of the 10th Amendment of the Constitution as Delaware or Colorado were not even bothering with seeking extradition for Mr. Sinclair where his warrants were outstanding.

So this means someone in the Federal government violated protocols as they have no business in getting involved in a state matter for petty matters. The best part of this is for Mr. Sinclair is they then moved him from the District of Columbia, into Maryland which has nothing to do with this case which is supposed to be a Delaware warrant.
Liberals when this is going on with terrorists call it kidnapping. The reader can decide as a judge will if Mr. Sinclair's attorneys start filing subpoenas in this for the following counts of what is shaping up as a criminal conspiracy of the Obama operatives and Federal officials to stalk and imprison with kidnapping one Lawrence Sinclair.

Questions now are raised in who in the Federal government was monitoring this to send in officers to take into custody Mr. Sinclair who has not broken federal laws.
Delaware and Colorado both knew of Mr. Sinclair and could have cared less about his petty offenses.

Attorneys now can subpoena phone and email records of the federal government.

Attorneys now can subpoena records of the 3 Obamanaics who were stalking Larry Sinclair to see what contact they have with the Obama camp.

When any of the above shows a link as in WhiteHouse at the same press conference Mr. Sinclair was conducting to what Mr. Sinclair states is a Mr. Axelrod working for Barack Obama funded the WhiteHouse lie detector fraud, well that channels directly to Mr. Obama and all of his campaign records in a criminal conspiracy to silence Lawrence Sinclair.

Once that door is open and it is, then Larry Sinclair via the court can obtain Barack Obama's entire phone records which Mr. Sinclair states will prove his meeting with Barack Obama in a limo and the dealings Mr. Obama had with a dead sodomite choir director in Don Young.

Whether the Obamaniacs know it or not, they are the plumbers in an Obamagate who just landed this entire fiasco back onto Barack Obama with the courts opening up everything he has just like in Watergate.

Payoffs, faked lie detector tests, murdered choir directors and now a literal Federal conspiracy involving what is termed French bloggers and an American blogger to stalk and imprison Mr. Sinclair.
If the Federal zealot who grabbed Mr. Sinclair is found without merit as this was not a federal matter, then there is a fact of kidnapping.

All of that adds up to a horrendous catastrophe and as stated if Mr. Sinclair knew his being dragged into the courts would gain him access as his past maneuvers have shown, then it will be Barack Obama's own people who bring him down as they have just opened all avenues of defense to Mr. Sinclair and his attorneys to all of these records as one apprehension links all of the parts together.

Now who looks like the bright boy? Yes Larry Sinclair does look quite intelligent now and if his attorneys are one bit the savvy they appear to be, the Obamaniacs walked right into this in one of the best chess moves ever carried out.

Barack Obama in his public directions has stated he had hundreds of operatives doing such work and they have been attacking Mr. Sinclair. The chickens have come home to roost and there is no way Senator Obama is going to cover this up when the courts get involved as if he starts violating court orders that is contempt and if he starts legal maneuvers the voting public will really start focusing on this in what he is really hiding.

Perhaps Larry Sinclair should have been the Democratic nominee as he is so far ahead of the most brilliant operatives in getting them to walk right into this.
